Mask Guidelines

Masks remain ´Ç±è³Ù¾±´Ç²Ô²¹±ôÌýin most campus locations. ÌýIf a member of our community asks others to mask when in close contact with one another, please treat these requests with respect and give them full consideration.Ìý

Where Masks are RequiredÌý

Medical facilities

The Student Health Center and Center for Well-being Programs andÌýPsychologicalÌýServicesÌýwill expect students to wear masks when they come into these spaces and are presenting with respiratory symptoms.

How to ChooseÌýand Use Masks

Wear a KN95 orÌýN95Ìýmask. These masks offer the best protection against transmission. Masks should cover both the nose and mouth and fit tightly to assure the best protection, with no air gaps.Ìý

Mask Distribution at AU

Community members who do not have an appropriateÌýmask are welcome toÌýpick up a reusable KN95 mask atÌýlocations on campus, with AU ID, at the following locations until May 10:

  • Katzen Arts Center. AU Welcome Center
  • Bender Library.ÌýFirst floor infomation desk.
  • Mary Graydon Center (MGC)/University Center.ÌýFirst floor information desk.Ìý
  • School of International Service. 1st Floor Suite 116
  • Spring Valley Building.ÌýOffice of Enrollment Fullfillment Center (room 218). Mon-Fri 10 a.m.-4 p.m..
